Return Policies

We hope you are delighted with your purchase at River Pearls. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. Please note that, the shipping cost will not be refunded unless the items are faulty or not matching the description.

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Please keep the receipt.

In order to process a return, the product(s) MUST be returned as UNWORN, in all of its original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item should be in original and perfect condition. If you fail to adhere to these requirements we regret that we will not be able to process your return.

We reserve the right to reduce the amount of money refunded for products returned which show evidence of use beyond the handling necessary to see whether the products are as expected.

Our return policy applies to all purchases from our online store, excluding the following items that cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Earrings & studs (for hygiene reasons)
  • Bespoke or customised items
  • Made-to-order items
  • Items marked “clearance”

We do not offer a refund to customers if they:

  • knew an item was faulty when they bought it.
  • damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it (though they may still have the right to a repair, replacement or partial refund).
  • no longer want an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless they bought it without seeing it.

How to return your items

  1. Email or call us FIRST for a return authorization.
  2. Send the item back within 14 days from the date you purchased, in its original packaging.

River Pearls is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or uninsured packages in the return process.
